Description of Service

fixed-float.online provides an instant cryptocurrency exchange platform that allows users to swap digital assets across multiple blockchain networks. The Service is non-custodial — we do not hold user funds beyond the minimum time required to complete a swap transaction. Exchange rates, processing times, and supported assets may change without prior notice.

User Accounts

Certain features of the Service may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@fixed-float.online of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Orders & Payments

All exchange transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain. Quoted rates are fixed for the duration specified at the time of order; if your deposit arrives after the rate lock period, the transaction will be processed at the prevailing market rate. Service fees are disclosed clearly before you confirm any swap.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, completed swaps cannot be refunded. If an exchange fails or is stuck, you may request a refund of the original deposited asset (minus applicable network fees) by contacting our support team within 72 hours. Refunds are processed to the originating wallet address only.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on fixed-float.online are the exclusive property of fixed-float.online or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Using automated bots or scrapers without written permission
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. fixed-float.online does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk; past performance does not indicate future results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fixed-float.online and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees you paid in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fixed-float.online is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before initiating any court proceedings.
